I have the 2.o version and was wondering when the next version was coming…I mastered the highest level of the 2.0….but this 3.0- all I can say is whew! What a challenge! This new hardest level makes you work for oxygen during exertion. One tip is to put Vaseline around the bridge of nose and areas mask edges is…or you will mark your face up from the vacuum effect when sucking air. Take deep breaths inhaling through the nose, and exhale out with the mouth. Its a great tool to practice combat breathing under stress…I like to jump rope with it on driveway outside when I gotta get a quick workout in…or run/jump rope in place between weightlifting sets, in gym with as a non stop circuit workout. Great product if you want to dare yourself to the edge with challenge…love the new look, design, and all black look. I rarely train without it. Not for everyone…but perfect for the right sector-Warriors. It makes people that want to feel comfortable all the time feel uncomfortable around you- so keep that in mind…if you care what the crowd thinks…this isn’t for you. It freaks some out cause its different than traditional exercise. But to control/master the orchestra, the conductor turns his back on the crowd. Be like the sheep, or be a beast…your choice. Its ok what you decide to become…just remember it takes a beast to fight a beast…and sheep are prey…and expect a beast to protect from beasts…lol funny hugh?

I must admit I was a little nervous about getting a TrainingMask 3.0 after seeing a few of the reviews on the sleeve. Quality was important to me as was safety, so from my point of view it was safest to buy one from the actual Training Mask then one of the cheaper knockoffs. That being said, it was still 90 bucks and while I wanted the real thing, I was nervous about some of the reviews on the sleeve. I was thinking about getting one for a while now, and finally decided to purchase one. So, before I purchased on Amazon, I called the company to ask some questions. They told me that the new 3.0s had a new and improved sleeve and assured me I would not be disappointed. Well we have all heard that before. But, when I opened it up and worked out with it, I was surprised how light it was and how durable it is. I tried stretching it and all that to see how strong it was and while it was pliable, it was also strong and tight. I love my 2.0, and the new sleeve on this 3.0 is the same cut, but its light and my face is not dripping with sweat after hitting a hard workout. But even if it does rip or whatever, they give you a 1-year warranty on the sleeve itself if you fill out your registration, so it was worth it. The mask works great and I’m glad I finally decided to get the 3.0.

Bought this because I was a big fan of the mask back in college. The strap on this is just kind of funky and never seems to fit quite right, I never had that issue with the original (I bought the same size as my original and based on the size guide). The ability to change resistance on the go instead of having to swap anything out is great. I would be more interested in using regularly this if the strap allowed for a better fit and I didn’t have to keep adjusting it every few minutes.

Use it all the time it definitely shows results just after a week of every day use.

Even took a size down based on some reviews and its still a very poor fit, far to loose to stay on while exercising let alone just walking around. Absolutely no use at all for this and the entire design is far inferior to many other masks, you have to assemble it yourself, the breathing part is very cheaply made and the Velcro on the back is horrible for fitting or holding in place.Absolutely do not buy, especially from the seller “TRAININGMASK store”. You will not get a refund and you will not get a usable product either, go with any other brand for a breathing mask.

While it does restrict the breathing, it offers little resistance unless you’re completely gassed.

Just got my 3.0 and I am super excited. Was a little nervous about some of the stuff I heard about the sleeve, but the reviews on the other 3.0 looking things were about the same on their sleeves. I have never owned a breathing mask before, so I guess I didn’t know what to expect. I worked out with it a few times so far and the new upgraded sleeve seems pretty strong and it fits good too. I can tell you one thing though, it’s a tougher workout for sure so start slow. I got a little too ambitious and tried hitting it hard at like level 5 and struggled. The dial thing makes it easy to back it down though if you start to get a little winded, and when I recouped a little bit I just dialed up a little more to finish the workouts. Overall, I’m happy with the mask, and look forward to seeing if my 5k time gets better.

    Excelente producto
